External Party Redirects

Hey all.

I see how you've use the phpbb external link feature to link to e.g. pirate party US, pirate party sweden.

Whilst it allows quick additions of links to the forum enviroment, you should really make a custom external links maybe with national flags section that takes up less vertical space and has more customisation.

I could design the section if you really wanted. But the current setup looks very rough and ad-libbed.
