What's about the Liaisons ?

Is only one person allowed to be the one who coordinates international traffic ?
If this is the case a doubt we will find that one fast in Germany.

Nonetheless, what is the idea behind this special person (or group) ?

I always viewed Emma of Sweden to be one that has the special job of international contacts. She was the one that came with the proposition of creating this webpage and she was the one to ultimately decided it's name after we have had our say on it.

So what she has been doing is being a leader for international relationships. Kind of like an official person to have contact with and such.

"Allowed" is not the proper semantics, more like making it easier to know who to speak with when it comes to cross-border issues and collaborations.
