We supported and help advancement in Ukraine russian campaign of public movement "Union of Pirates is League of Creative Freedom" POP Revolution.

With death of soviet power, falling of the regime, accession of "publicity", we found unknown before but desirable freedom. It is became possible to tell, that you think, to listen that you want, and not to fill shy about your choice.

But as is generally known freedom is controlled, even if it is spoken about cultural freedom. Getting tongue-tied and senseless projects in area of show-business society of that time got in the paws of very sly and by no means noble "cultural" figures the primary objective of which there was a money. The display of the basest feelings became fashionable and these "figures of new art" (now they are named by producers) realized in sequence similar projects as drops of water . Exactly then arose up concept POP( Horrible "music"), from for absences original truly free culture.

Little that changed since. Producers, mediamagnates, programmatic directors, editors continue to row unbelievable money to itself in a pocket, to roll by no means changing appearances on the rolled rails, but society continue to "eat" it, as well as before. Simply and advantageously. Nothing changes, killings are well-to-do, and to the people it would seem it doesn't matter. Only talented young people and great creators falling out of this chart are forgotten. Sure, if every schoolboy knows elementary things, that in order to become a popular artist it is necessary to pay, and that worse to fucking(heaving sex), but not nearly necessarily to have voice and ear, in fact all sing under a phonogram.

Movement PRIEST-REVOLUTION is created by poets, musicians, artists and writers in order to change that horror, that is created in cultural space.

1. BILL ABOUT LIMITATION OF THE USE OF PHONOGRAMS ON PUBLIC MEASURES.

Basic idea of bill - to oblige an artist working with a phonogram to specify about it on placards. From point of law about the defence of users rights it is absolute logical step, which will stop the invasion of foisten on us cultural fast-food because most "mainstreams" projects, making three concerts a day simply not able to work alive. There will be only authentic creators of wonderful.


2. To SPREAD OPERATING of ANTITRUST LEGISLATION ON SPHERE of SHOW-BUSINESS.

By the laws of Russia the monopoly are forbidden. It touches everything, including the variety. But why that laws about monopolies went round a show-business, and today producer, having in a pocket near $ 500 thousands can be sure that his artist will be taken in a turn by all of basic mass-media without an exception. And it is a monopoly. Removing it we will limit the stream of cheap pop straight.


3. To CREATE PUBLIC ALL-RUSSIAN FORUM to EXPOSURE NEW ARTISTS, And the CULTURAL PHENOMENA.

Absence of formats it is splendid, but unfortunately absurdly, because to go against formats already format. Forbidding them finally and without retrieve we will get porridge on all of MASS-MEDIA. On radio of "Shanson" let shanson plays as previosly. On radio of Studio let RnB sounds as well as before. On a forum presenting from itself the tv- and internet voting will be presented on a verdict of society the new names and their creations. Those creators, that will get most of SMS voices will automatically get on the wireless stations and TV channels working in similar stile. It is advantageous for the new artists and mass-media - they will not mistaken commercially, taking a new artist in a rotation, if people voted for him. Advantageously also for the society it will be able to look and listen new projects, but not worn out "veneerers". The independent commission of experts and Ministry of culture and mass communications of Russian Federation with them must control the cleanness of forum.

4. A ROTATION ON THE WIRELESS STATIONS MUST BE THE PROFIT SOURCE FOR MUSICIANS.

Such Law is already foreseen - the wireless stations must to pay money to the musicians, for the rotation their composition. But it takes a place extremely rarely, because of that questions about rotation are accepted by the narrow circle of directors. It happens often, that a musician is told that he "out of the format", after call him and on the ear whisper that sum which he must pay, automatically to become a "format". Laws of the country are to be carried out, and if they are made a default it is necessary to control their execution.

5. A ROTATION OF VIDEO CLIPS ON TV CHANNELS MUST BE FREE OF CHARGE.

First even free of charge, because in the most civilized countries the TV channels pay artists to show their clips. Debates continue until now: video is a clip work of art or publicity roller? Video clips not containing advertising are to be rotated free of charge.

6. PUBLIC BOYCOTT OF POP.

Let those who want to get cultural fast-food continue to do it. We limit anybody freedom in no way, and does not yell hammering together all on a way - away factory of stars and Timoti. We only want to give people the real freedom of choice, what to listen, look and buy. Freedom which you are right to use but have not to do it.
